Our Purchase Agreement

The American Sentinel K9, LLC Purchase Agreement should be downloaded, completed, and sent in with your deposit before making plans to buy one of our American Sentinel K9 Bandogs, American Pit Bull Terriers (APBTs), or one of our puppies for sale. Deposits are $1000. If you are making a deposit, please download, print, & complete the Purchase Agreement below and submit it as a PDF photo via eMail, or submit it with your payment. Deposits are placed in order of "first placed, first right of refusal;" which means our clients may choose from any position that is listed as available after their deposit arrives.

Please note, we will help clients with domestic shipping arrangements; however, due to excessive restrictions for exporting live animals, American Sentinel K9, LLC no longer ships dogs to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. If you are outside of mainland USA and wish to purchase a dog from us, it is your responsibility to handle all the shipping arrangements. Deposits for purchases will not be refunded, so do not place a deposit to purchase a dog from us until you have worked out the details.

Co-own breeding - ONLY half the litter will be available

Half of the litter will be going to Mickey Smith, as he owns the female; however, I am awarded the other half for covering the labor and expenses to do this breeding. We plan on keeping one of the females we produce from this mother-son breeding, but will be selling most of the remaining pups from OUR half. Understand that any pup sold from this litter will selected after Mickey chooses his half. Also, deposits are ONLY accepted on this litter to people that understand this and who are also willing to transfer their deposit to another breeding on our yard should we be unable to provide a pup from this litter.
