Our Purchase Agreement & the ASC Niche-Based Standard

The American Sentinel K9, LLC Purchase Agreement should be downloaded, completed, and sent in with your deposit before making plans to buy one of our American Sentinel K9 Bandogs, American Pit Bull Terriers (APBTs), or one of our puppies for sale. Deposits are $1000. If you are making a deposit, please download, print, & complete the Purchase Agreement below and submit it as a PDF photo via eMail, or submit it with your payment. Deposits are placed in order of "first placed, first right of refusal;" which means our clients may choose from any position that is listed as available after their deposit arrives.

Please note, we will help clients with domestic shipping arrangements; however, due to excessive restrictions for exporting live animals, American Sentinel K9, LLC no longer ships dogs to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. If you are outside of mainland USA and wish to purchase a dog from us, it is your responsibility to handle all the shipping arrangements. Deposits for purchases will not be refunded, so do not place a deposit to purchase a dog from us until you have worked out the details.

Additionally, you may find it worthwhile to review our niche-based goals for the American Sentinel breed as a functional bandog. Before purchasing a dog from us, we recommend that you review our niche-based standard in full. I hope it helps you decide if the American Sentinel is the right dog or not for your needs and goals.

Buckskin male out of Slam x Banshee - $1500

This fine male has good structure, is personable, driven, & confident, and was born 7/8/2024 and is out of Slam x Banshee is available $1500, making this American Sentinel male's ancestry a whopping 90% gamebred APBT. Despite this high percentage of APBT, we expect this dog to finish 75-80# when full grown. Slam is out of Robinson's Lucky 7 x ASC's Patches and despite being 80.5% APBT himself, he weighs in at 94#. Lucky 7 was a very large APBT, and Patches is a large working-class female that two times ASC's Wrecker. Banshee is pure gamebred APBT, and at 54-55% herself, she is a rather large female as far as gamedogs go. Banshee is out of Parker's Frankie-Bomp x Robinson's Komodo. Frankie-Bomp is heavy Sorrells. Komodo is out of a full-sibling breeding between Lucky 7 and Wonder-Girl.

We will be training this pup basic obedience

Over the next 2-3 weeks we will be teaching this pup basic obedience, and will be posting video updates of his progress every couple of days. This training will be included at no additional cost to the buyer, as we are including it to demonstrate how we proceed with basic training in order to share that information with our viewers. The training will include sit, down, heel, stay, come, and a "release command" which releases the dog from instruction and allows the dog to be free to do what it wants (smell things, go to the bathroom, walk loosely, etc.).

ASC's Slam x Robinson's Biscuit - Born 10/11/24

Slam is out of Robinson's Lucky 7 x ASC's Patches. Lucky 7 is a large purebred APBT gamedog. Patches is a large working-class female that is a daughter as well as a great-granddaughter of ASC's Wrecker, making Patches two times ASC's Wrecker. Patches is one of our largest female American Sentinels.Slam is 94# despite being 80.5% gamebred APBT.

Biscuit is a near clone to Scratch and is out of a mother-son breeding between Scratch x Halo, and is one of our coming female American Sentinels. Biscuit is very high drive, and we have high expectations from her.

From this breeding, we expect high drive, structurally sound dogs with good size and good nerves. I believe this is a great breeding, but it is priced lower than most of our breedings since it is Biscuit's first litter.

Although there is only one female in the litter, at this time I actually think she is actually the pick of the litter. Feisty little girl with great confidence and structure.

Reptar x Bocote: pupa born Nov 28th, 2024

Reptar earned a spot as our personal house dog and at 10 years of age we are hoping to do do a line breeding on him. He is extremely healthy and active still to this day, and has great drives and nerves. The only areas that need to be improved on him are basically cosmetic, which are…

1. he is a bit cow hocked on the rear but this does not impact his performance, he has excellent hips, & still moves great, and

2. some of his offspring are a bit leggier than I desire.

As a result, we are breeding him to Robinson’s Bocote, who is a purebred APBT with excellent working potential and complimentary traits that will supplement the areas we seek to improve in Reptar. Bocote is out of Parker’s Frankie-Bomp of Robinson x Robinson’s Komodo. Komodo is an inbred daughter of Robinson’s Lucky 7 bred to his sister, Robinson’s Wonder-Girl.

From this breeding we plan on keeping a special female. In order to preserve Reptar's blood for future generations, sometime in 2026 we hope to take that female, assuming she is worthy, back to Reptar before he is too old to breed, as he is an exceptional American Sentinel specimen...very healthy, active, driven, and stable.

ASC's Scratch x ASC's Trinity

Scratch and Trinity should make an excellent combination. Not only does Scratch do manwork with extreme intensity and commitment, but his parents (Justice x Halo) were also great protection dogs, as were his grandparents (Preacher-Man, Blue Jean, Little Rascal, & Valkyrie). Scratch also has exceptional stability as well and is great with the family. Trinity is a very sound dog with excellent drive and potential, has great stability with the family, and is a daughter of Robinson's Lucky 7 x ASC's Patches and a sister to ASC's Slam and ASC's Maggie of DSS.

UPDATE 12/1/24: Trinity is huge...and we are expecting a very large litter to be born any day now.

ASC's Scratch x ASC's Hair Trigger

Scratch is currently being bred to Hair Trigger (who is out of Lucky 7 x Onyx). We thought about breeding Hair Trigger to Cobalt, but at the last minute I had to change my mind and go with my gut. Here is why...Scratch is my favorite dog to date, and also produced my favorite female to date, Ladysmith. Ladysmith was out of Scratch and Onyx. Hair Trigger is a daughter of Onyx, but was sired by Lucky 7, therefore she should produce very much like Onyx, but with more APBT influence of course. As a result, I am just very confident this is the right breeding. Maybe we will take Hair Trigger to Cobalt in the future...but for now, Scratch is on deck.
